Tile House Return Policy (Australia)*

At Tile House, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Please review our return policy below for details on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

*30-Day Returns Policy:*
•⁠  ⁠If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
•⁠  ⁠The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
•⁠  ⁠Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns.

*7-Day Change of Mind:*
•⁠  ⁠If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of the delivery date for an exchange or store credit.
•⁠  ⁠The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
•⁠  ⁠Proof of purchase is required.

*Non-Refundable Items:*
•⁠  ⁠Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to custom orders, clearance items, and products that have been used or installed.
•⁠  ⁠Please contact our customer service team if you have any questions about whether an item is eligible for a return.

*How to Initiate a Return:*
1.⁠ ⁠Contact our customer service team at info@tilehouse.com.au to initiate the return process.
2.⁠ ⁠Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
3.⁠ ⁠Include the proof of purchase and any relevant documentation.
4.⁠ ⁠Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

*Refund Processing:*
•⁠  ⁠Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 30 business days.
•⁠  ⁠Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

*Damaged or Defective Items:*
•⁠  ⁠If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@tilehouse.com.au. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you within 24 hours of receiving the defective items. Claims made outside of this time period will not be eligible for a Return, Exchange or Refund.
