Goods and Conditions that cannot be returned or refunded

Tile House always try our best to support and help you with the refund or replacement in case the customers are not satisfied with the products. However, there are some situations that are not under our return policy:

  1. While the goods are in your possession they are your responsibility, if the goods are damaged we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.

  2. A return will not be booked until evidences (photos) are provided to Tile House team so we can see and examine the condition of the goods before the courier collects them. This ensures any damage that occurs in transit is our responsibility, not yours.

  3. We are not able to accept returns of any kind once you have attempted to install or use the product.

  4. All refunds and returns need to be inspected by a member of our team before a new product is sent or a refund is made. 
    Please contact Tile House as soon as possible with any questions on returns & exchanges.
    When your goods arrive please inspect them within 24 hours for damages.

  5. Vanity units, Mirrors & Shaving Cabinets, basins or any customised items are made to order, so once your order is confirmed these cannot be returned or refunded.
    Customised, Non Stocked or Speciality Manufactured Products - you will be notified before you purchase these products.

  6. Goods with damaged or missing packaging - Unfortunately we cannot accept products with missing or significantly damaged packaging as they cannot be safely returned and are not fit for re-sale.

  7. Commercial quantities or project orders - Unfortunately due to the stock commitment required we cannot accept returns on commercial quantity orders. In some instances, returns may be possible but will incur a restocking fee.
